Chef Bida is responsible for the menu and signed dishes of the Itacaré Eco Resort's restaurant, Mãe Josepha. The fusion of international cuisine with exotic and varied regional flavors, resulting in delicious dishes, are the restaurant's distinguishing feature. A combination of elements from Asian and European cuisine spiced up with local ingredients.

The breakfast menu offers a variety of breads, cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, phyllo pastries, yogurts, jams, fruits and juices, as well as "tapiocas" caringly prepared by welcoming "baianas".

A fixed price menu is included in the rate and offers delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts, such as the seafood risotto or the lamb mignon with soft polenta in madera sauce. If you prefer to select dishes from the a la carte menu, which is not included in the rate, you will have a variety of choices.

A variety of wines complements the delicious menu.

For light meals, our menu includes snacks and sanwiches, such as the Wessel flank steak burger or the natural roast-beef sandwich with buffalo cheese, arugula and tomato in mustard sauce. For snacks, our rice balls with "coalho" cheese in chilli and "cachaça" sauce or fish nuggets in tartar sauce are worth a try. A kid's menu, designed to please the little ones, is also available.
